Jim took our Metro shelves and took off a few inches on each side. He then added an end piece and created a stainless bracket to hold the shelves. I visited the beast on Sunday and Jim has engineered the rottiserrie so well that it can be turned with my pinkie!!
I can't wait to fill these shelves with shoulders!
Jim is moving along with The Beast. The Trailer was custom built to accommodate the beast and has some cool features. Jim is testing the axle mechanism this weekend as well as installing the ash removal bins. I am burning up just thinking about firing The Beast Up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOW!!! The Beast is our custom BBQ cooker! It will cook 48 shoulders and 108 racks of ribs . Works on its own convection and is heated bbq hardwood charcoal and hickory logs. The creator of The Beast is our Brother in-Law, Jim Kush, who is a genius with fab! The Beast sits on its own custom trailer and will soon be producing world class BBQ in Gordonsville Virginia!!
